In just 3 hours, volunteers rolled up their sleeves at Batu Ferringhi, Padang Kota and Penang Hill, clearing a total of 158.9 kg of waste
21 July 2025 – Launch of Clean Cities, Clean Nation at St Giles Wembley Hotel, Penang
The nationwide initiative was launched to build clean, green, and united cities through education, community action, and mindset transformation.
20 July 2025 – Mini Clean-Up at the Esplanade, Penang
Kicked off with a mini clean-up at Padang Kota and nearby heritage areas, removing over 80kg of waste. Marked the beginning of a long-term movement for cleaner streets, shared responsibility, and sustainable civic culture.
14 Sept 2024 – The Klang River Cleanup Project at Royal Selangor Yacht Club
Took part in a large-scale clean-up along the Klang River to improve water quality, restore river health, and encourage community involvement in environmental conservation.
16 Sept 2023 – Malaysia Bersih Impian Bersama at Taman Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
Participated in the Malaysia Bersih Impian Bersama programme in conjunction with Malaysia Day, promoting unity, cleanliness, and shared responsibility for a better environment.
8 Jan 2022 – Clean-Up for Flood-Affected Area at Mentakab, Pahang
Joined post-flood clean-up efforts to help restore hygiene, safety, and living conditions for the affected community.

Conducted a community clean-up to assist recovery efforts, restoring cleanliness and supporting residents affected by the floods.
25 December 2021 – Clean-Up at Flood-Affected Taman Sri Muda
Supported flood relief efforts through a community clean-up at Taman Sri Muda, helping restore hygiene and safety for affected residents.
2020 – Disinfection of High-Risk Public Areas
Carried out disinfection at locations linked to the Tabligh cluster and high-traffic areas to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure public safety.
27 April 2019 – Gotong-Royong at Tanah Perkuburan Selayang Baru
Harta Van Squad and the Hospital Selayang team joined a community clean-up of the Selayang Baru cemetery, organised by Selayang Baru Mosque with support from local authorities and agencies.
24 March 2018 – Gotong-Royong Perdana at Ulu Cheka Dam, Jerantut
Joined Jerantut City Council in a community clean-up to protect the Ulu Cheka Dam and ensure safe water for villagers. The programme fostered community spirit, environmental care, and was supported with a RM5,000 contribution from Harta.

26 February 2011 – Tree Planting at Raja Musa Forest, Bestari Jaya
Contributed to the reforestation of Raja Musa Forest through a tree planting initiative aimed at rehabilitating degraded peatland areas, enhancing biodiversity, and supporting long-term ecological balance.
24 July 2010 – Green Treasure Hunt from Putrajaya to Port Dickson
Organised a Green Treasure Hunt combining environmental awareness with outdoor adventure, where participants engaged in eco-themed challenges while promoting green living and sustainable practices along the journey.

Took part in a river clean-up activity to protect freshwater ecosystems, enhance recreational areas, and raise awareness on the importance of maintaining clean and healthy rivers.

1 Aug 2009 – Establishment of Yayasan Modal Insan Harta (YMIH)
YMIH was founded with a mission to drive human capital development and sustainable environmental care towards achieving a better quality of life for all. In the same year, HartaCore rolled out key initiatives including the Return2Green Campaign, the launch of Harta GNT service, and a River Clean Up programme at Sg Tua, Ulu Yam.
11 Sept 2007 – National Clean Toilet Month
Participated in the launch of National Clean Toilet Month, an initiative by DBKL to raise awareness on public hygiene, encourage proper toilet maintenance, and promote higher cleanliness standards in public facilities.
