Congratulations to everyone who joined hands to realize two Malaysia Book of Records targets today, namely the involvement of more than 200,000 participants and the collection of 28,000 kg of recyclable waste nationwide!
Through the "Clean Cities, Clean Nation" initiative, we are committed to continuing to drive environmental sustainability efforts and create a community that is more aware of cleanliness.

In just 3 hours on World Cleanup Day 2025, volunteers rolled up their sleeves at Batu Ferringhi, Padang Kota and Penang Hill, clearing an incredible 158.9 kg of waste.
Their dedication shines as a true act of volunteerism and unity, driving Penang towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.
Mini Clean-Up at Penang Esplanade | Clean Cities Clean Nation Kick-Off
The Clean Cities Clean Nation initiative officially kicked off with a Mini Clean-Up at the Esplanade in Penang, bringing together over 40 dedicated volunteers to make a real difference in our city’s heart.
